When you click on Home Loans on the menu bar, you will start the find a mortgage broker or mortgage lender process. Whether you are looking to purchase a home, refinance, or request a 2nd mortgage, home loans is where you start.
What is 'Buying a Home'?
Buying a Home on the menu bar works just like find a REALTOR(R) or find a real estate agent. When you start with 'Buying a Home', you will be able to start your local real estate for sale or national real estate for sale property search.
What is 'Selling a Home'?
Selling a Home on the top menu bar is where you start if you need to sell your home. This process will help you find a local realtor or local real estate agent to help you sell your home.
What is 'My Credit'?
My Credit is where you will find information about your credit. You can find information that will help you understand why your credit score is important; you will be able to request a Free copy of your credit report; and you will be able to contact a company that will be able to help you repair your credit report.
What happens when I click on 'Moving'?
If you are moving, click on the 'moving' tab on the top menu bar to complete a moving form request. Once you do, a local moving company will be able to contact you and discuss your needs in more detail.
